Job Description

•  Clean and sanitize all public and staff entrance door glass, door frames and hardware daily
• Vacuum all entrance and office carpeting daily
• Sweep and mop hard floors daily
• Clean and sanitize all public area service counters, desks, cubicles, meeting rooms, seating areas, phones,information areas daily
• Clean and sanitize all Security stations
• Clean dust and sanitize service counter staff work areas including counter tops, desks, partitions, touchpoints, and chairs
• Clean and sanitize all staff washrooms
• Clean and sanitize the staff lunchroom including counters, sinks, fridge, toasters, microwave, tables, chairs,garbage and recycle stations
• Clean and sanitize offices, boardrooms, cubicles and workstations
• Empty all garbage and recycle from offices, boardrooms, washrooms, lunchrooms, and public areas daily

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must have a clean criminal record
• Qualified applicants will be required to have a security clearance background check for reliability status to beable to work in a federal office.
• All forms and fees for criminal record checks are provided by Dexterra.
• Office cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for specific cleaning requirements

• follow the company pandemic cleaning program at all times
• follow all company and client safety and security procedures at all times
• be detail oriented and thorough completing tasks
• be able to complete all tasks within time frames to meet or exceed deadlines
• work in a safe and efficient manner
